Information we collect

The details you enter in our inquiry form, with the page you sent it from and your browser's time zone. To prevent abuse, we keep a keyed hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email address and the name and profile photo you share through that provider. Email sign-in uses your email address and a one-time code. We record the projects you like and the file versions you download, counting a download once per account, version and day.

If you buy parts, we receive the items ordered, amount paid, payment status, contact details and delivery address. Stripe handles your card details; Nosca does not receive your full card number.

We count Buy clicks and checkout starts by date, country and product without storing an identity or cookie with those counts.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, process and ship orders, manage our business relationship with you, sign you in, show your account and count project activity. We don't sell personal information.

Service providers

Inquiries, account activity, order records and aggregate conversion counts are stored with Supabase; inquiries are forwarded to our team through Resend. Stripe processes payments and keeps payment records. The site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides aggregate, cookie-free visit statistics. If you allow cookies, we use Google Analytics; change this anytime under “Analytics choices”. These providers may process data outside Canada.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete your information, contact welcome@nosca.ai. Deleting your account removes your profile and likes. Download totals remain after the records are separated from your account.
